Job Description;
- Drive customer acquisition by targeting SMEs, agribusinesses, and individuals for the bank's products and services.
- Increase the customer base by onboarding new clients, particularly smallholder farmers, agribusinesses, and cooperatives.
- Drive adoption of the bank's financial and agritech solutions, such as savings accounts, credit facilities, digital payment platforms, and insurance products.
- Strengthen customer relationships to boost cross-selling opportunities and retention.
- Promote and sell financial products, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, investment products, and digital banking solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, cross-sell opportunities, and increased wallet share.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive the adoption of Digitized Service Payment’s electronic payment platforms among financial institutions, merchants, and agents.
- Revenue Growth: Increase transaction volume and generate consistent revenue from collections,bills payment, funds disbursement, and POS deployment.
- Product Penetration: Promote the adoption of Digitized Service Payment’s shared infrastructure across targeted regions and sectors.
- Market Expansion: Onboard new businesses and financial institutions, focusing on unbanked and under-banked populations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5years in the Agrotech space.
- Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in any related discipline.
- proven track record of selling Agrotech products.
