Responsibilities




  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies an general office procurement.

  • Maintain the organization of the office, prepare meeting rooms, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Operate office equipment like phones, printers, and copiers

  • Support office manager or other staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.



Qualifications
