- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketer to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive property sales and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for properties and real estate services.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and online platforms
Content Creation and Management:
- Design and produce marketing materials, such as property brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
- Write compelling copy for property listings, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update property listings on websites, social media, and real estate platforms.
Client Engagement and Lead Generation:
- Develop strategies to attract potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Respond to inquiries and schedule property viewings.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and engage with them regularly to nurture relationships.
Brand Management:
- Promote the company’s brand and values through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure branding guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Provide regular reports on campaign results, lead conversions, and ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry (1– 3 years).
- Familiarity with real estate markets, property trends, and buyer preferences. • Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, CRM software).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Soft Skills:
