Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.


• Ensure profitability of each project activated, port and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.


• Forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.


• Drive in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.


• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.


• Ensures compliance to all quality procedures and policies applicable to the product development project planning and reporting.


• Recommends cost center budget requirements and takes action to guarantee effective utilization of resources within approved budgets.


• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.


• Reconciliation of Expenditure/budget at the end of each project


• Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience level and coaching them to be high-level performing individuals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.


• 5 years minimum high business analyst experience.


• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage.


• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.


• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building


• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.


• Excellent usage of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
