Purpose Statement
- We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role will require a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and execution to scale our business. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and offline campaigns.
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, ensuring high ROI and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) efficiency.
- Design and implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all customer touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and email.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive product-led growth initiatives and improve the user journey.
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead growth experiments, such as A/B testing and multivariate testing, to identify effective tactics and scale successful initiatives.
- Foster strategic partnerships to broaden the reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and track key growth metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value), CAC, churn, and user engagement, and report them to leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to adapt growth strategies effectively.
Preferred Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience working in fintech or an high-growth companies is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, or Product Growth Lead) with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau, and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation strategies.
