Job Summary




  • The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, ensuring efficient processes, profitability, and exceptional customer service. The GM develops and implements strategic plans, manages budgets, leads teams, and ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff across multiple departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance performance and professional growth.

Key Qualifications

Education & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
