Role Description

• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Coach/Instructor to lead our swim programs, providing high-quality instruction and coaching to swimmers of all ages and skill levels to develop their abilities, achieve their goals, and foster a love for swimming in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective swim lesson plans for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.


• Foster a positive team culture, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and inclusivity.


• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to aquatic safety protocols and procedures.


• Participate in staff training and professional development to stay current with best practices in swim coaching and instruction.

• Assess swimmer progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a swim coach/instructor, with expertise in teaching all swimming strokes and techniques.


• Relevant certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, first aid, and swim instruction is compulsory.


• Strong knowledge of swim strokes, techniques, and safety protocols.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
