Job Summary

• The Software Development Expert will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-quality software solutions to improve business operations and achieve strategic goals. This role requires deep technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work across multiple development frameworks and programming languages.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of software applications, from requirements gathering to deployment.


• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions tailored to business needs.


• Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.


• Optimise application performance, security, and usability for enhanced user experience.


• Implement best practices in software architecture, development, and deployment.


• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.


• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and UX/UI designers, to enhance system functionality.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software projects.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.


• Certifications in software development, cloud computing, or agile methodologies are an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills And Expereince

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including full-stack development.


• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or others.


• Strong experience with development frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.


• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable and high-performing applications.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.


• Experience working with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
