Responsibilities



Sales Process Optimization:




  • Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and recommend solutions Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership and sales teams.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Sales Tools and Technology Management:

  • Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Train and support teams in the effective use of technology.

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve efficiency. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing , and customer experience teams to ensure alignment.

  • Partner with leadership to set sales targets and monitor progress.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance communication and collaboration across teams. Sales Training and Enablement:

  • Support onboarding for new sales team members. Forecasting and Planning:

  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Monitor and report on pipeline health and forecast accuracy.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Freshdesk) and BI tools.

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in driving process improvements and change management.
