This year, we’re setting bold goals, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Fragrance Sales Associate to help us achieve them. In this full-time hybrid role based in Lekki, with some work-from-home flexibility, you’ll play a key part in connecting customers with inspiring fragrances and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for customer communication, consultation, exceptional service, sales activities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and the following:
Assist customers with product selection, providing personalized recommendations.
Demonstrate product features and usage physically or through virtual consultations.
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products across channels.
Process orders, online requests, and maintenances accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized disposition as a staff
Respond to online inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
Support e-commerce tasks like updating client listings and managing relationships.
Participate in both in-store and remote training sessions.
Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales and operational goals.
Assist with promotional activities, events and marketing tasks, including social media support.
Work five days a week, combining in-office activities with remote customer engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Training experience
Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
Experience in scent marketing or related field is a plus
