Job Summary
- As an Account Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships, and achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities
- You are required to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve financial targets.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to attract high-value customers.
- Monitor account activities and take necessary actions to maintain account health.
- Monitor and ensure repayment of loans and other credit facilities to minimize delinquency.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
Salary
According to banking grade.
