Role Overview




  • The Security Personnel will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the fashion house, its employees, customers, and assets.

  • This role involves monitoring the premises, enforcing security protocols, and providing a safe environment that supports smooth business operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and damage.

  • Perform routine security checks of the property, including entry and exit points.

  • Manage access control by verifying the identity of visitors and contractors.

  • Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities.

  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and submit daily security reports.

  • Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

  • Assist in enforcing company policies, including health and safety protocols.

  • Ensure that all security equipment (e.g., alarms, surveillance cameras) is functional and report issues promptly.

  • Provide support during events or high-traffic periods by managing crowd control and ensuring order.

  • Patrol the premises during working hours and after closing to ensure complete security.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a security personnel, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.

  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.

  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make quick decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is an advantage.
