Job Summary




  • We are looking for a Sales Associate to play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the real estate industry.

  • As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to sell properties.



Key Responsibilities




  • Generate new business leads through networking, marketing, and other means

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Conduct property viewings, showings, and open houses

  • Identify opportunities to sell properties and negotiate sales contracts

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations

  • Stay-up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.



Requirements




  • Skill- Excellent communication both oral and written as well interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Suite

  • HND, OND & Bsc

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule.
