Job Summary

• We’re looking for experienced Head of Operations who will be overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s operational processes.


• You will lead cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.


• This is a critical role that requires a visionary leader with a strong background in operations management, as well as the ability to execute complex business strategies and lead change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.


• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.


• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.


• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.


• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for operations.


• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.


• Lead projects that drive operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. (Master’s degree is an added advantage)


• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in a Senior Operation Management role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.


• Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
