We are foremost transport company in Nigeria. In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are building a strong HR team that would take the company to the next level. As a result there is vacancy for HR Officer.
Our preferred candidate should have
- A strong HR background with at least 3 year of Generalist experience.
- A working knowledge of performance management (Able to undertake pay grading project from start to finish).
- A working knowledge of payroll management.
- Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
- Sound knowledge of HRIS
- Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
- The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
- High organization skill.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of BSc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field
- Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage
