Key Responsibilities:



Marketing and Promotion:




  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the organisation's visibility.

  • Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and other communication  channels.

  • Provide appropriate supervision and leadership for the marketing unit.



Programme Management:




  • Assist in planning, organising, and implementing programmes, events, or workshops.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for programmes.

  • Monitor programme budgets and ensure proper allocation of resources.



Stakeholder Engagement:




  • Liaise with clients, sponsors, and partners to foster positive relationships.

  • Respond to inquiries about programmes and services promptly and professionally.

  • Represent the organisation at events and meetings as required.



Administrative Support:




  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

  • Maintain databases, including programme participants and marketing contacts.



Research and Innovation:




  • Research market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve programmes and services.



Required Qualifications and Skills:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or  a related field.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and Microsoft  Office.

  • Experience in programme coordination or a related role.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, trainers, and other  stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
