Job Description (Summary)
As a Business Development Officer, your responsibilities will include securing new property sales, lease, and management briefs, developing strategies for client satisfaction, and maintaining a robust client and tenant database. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
Business Growth and Development:
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
- Secure new property and facility management briefs.
- Acquire new Valuation & Advisory and Research briefs for the company.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
- Manage and build a comprehensive client and tenant database.
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop and disseminate marketing collaterals to prospects and clients.
Revenue and Performance Management:
- Handle service charge and rent recovery processes efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular client reports to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- A first degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in real estate business development and client relations (preferably in a real estate firm).
