We are searching for a Marketing and Sales Executive with experience in promotions, marketing and sales of real estate development products.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing proposals for new business opportunities 


• Managing existing HNI accounts


• Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs.


• Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches.


• Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.


• Developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects in order to boost sales and promote brand credibility.


• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.


• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities.


• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.


• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing and sales experience within the real estate development industry.


• Knowledge of digital marketing through social media platforms


• Excellent communication skills
