We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil or building engineering to lead our projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate who must be a female will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring project objectives are met.


• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.


• Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders.


• Conduct site visits & monitor progress.


• Identify and mitigate project risks.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


•  Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.


• Manage project resources, including budget & personnel.

Requirements:

• BSc in civil or Building engineering.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction and project management.


• Proven project management skills, with a successful track record.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Project management certification. (PMP) will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil/Building Engineering 


• Experience with project management software and tools.
