Job Description

• Preparing accounts and tax returns.


• Monitoring spending and budgets.


• Auditing and analyzing financial performance.


• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.


• Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.


• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.


• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.


• Keeping account books and systems up to date.


• Carrying out regular bank account reconciliations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have B.Sc or its equivalent as educational qualification.


• 2 - 3 years work experience.


• Experience in the real estate sector as an Accountant.


• Should have or be pursuing other accounting certifications.


• Should have some understanding of finance and be able to provide some advisory as regards the company’s finances.


• Should be able to prepare accounts and tax returns.


• Should be able to ensure financial records comply with laws and regulations.


• Age: 25-37 years.


• All applicants must have work in a real eastate company as an accountant must reside around Ajah and its environs.

Salary

N100,000 monthly.
