Job Description
- Preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Monitoring spending and budgets.
- Auditing and analyzing financial performance.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.
- Carrying out regular bank account reconciliations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must have B.Sc or its equivalent as educational qualification.
- 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Experience in the real estate sector as an Accountant.
- Should have or be pursuing other accounting certifications.
- Should have some understanding of finance and be able to provide some advisory as regards the company’s finances.
- Should be able to prepare accounts and tax returns.
- Should be able to ensure financial records comply with laws and regulations.
- Age: 25-37 years.
- All applicants must have work in a real eastate company as an accountant must reside around Ajah and its environs.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
