JOB SUMMARY
Our client is in need of a dynamic Digital Sales Team Lead to join their team. As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for driving digital sales and maximizing revenue. You'll be the go-to expert on all things related to digital sales strategies, managing a team of digital sales executives, and ensuring we meet our sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Create and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct online sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals within established sales cycles.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and qualify leads.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital sales skills.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through online engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify new digital sales opportunities.
- Manage a team of digital sales executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum performance.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits and adjust budgets as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to optimize marketing efforts.
- Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Sales Lead for at least 3 years.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools (Freshdesk and shopify).
- Experience in setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Experience in meeting target sales and customers management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
