We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
You will play an essential role in helping manage HR processes efficiently and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records, including personal details, job history, performance reviews, and benefits information, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Support the HR team with employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assist with payroll processing and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Help coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and events.
Prepare HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluation forms.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives and engagement activities.
Coordinate employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
Assist with HR reporting, including turnover rates, attendance records, and other metrics.
