Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize production processes while ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of production, including material quality, procurement, and project management, ensuring efficient and consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our production output meets or exceeds client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and efficiency.


• Coordinate material quality, quantity, and procurement processes to ensure smooth production operations.


• Optimize the use of all production resources to achieve high performance and minimize waste.


• Maintain continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes and methodologies.


• Act as the project manager for all production-related projects, ensuring that projects stay within budget, timeline, and quality standards.


• Develop and implement strategies for operational improvements and ensure the team adheres to safety and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: HND/B. Tech/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Technology, or Architecture.


• A minimum of 10 years of working experience in manufacturing, particularly in aluminium production or fabrication environments.


• Solid understanding of production processes, project management, and quality control standards.


• A focused individual with an eye for detail, able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.


• Proven ability to lead teams, optimize resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
