Responsibilities




  • Administrative support & Record keeping

  • Office management & Correspondence

  • Data entry and reporting

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients



Requirements




  • Possess either OND or HND

  • Proven working experience as administrative or office support

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

  • Problem solving ability

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
