Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Understand clients' objectives and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and results.
- Experience in generating business leads and closing the deal.
- Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our agency's services and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Working with the ATL, BTL, and Digital team, developing creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients' objectives.
Requirements / Experience
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
