Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.

  • Understand clients' objectives and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and results.

  • Experience in generating business leads and closing the deal.

  • Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for account growth and upselling.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our agency's services and sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

  • Working with the ATL, BTL, and Digital team, developing creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients' objectives.



Requirements / Experience




  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Female candidates only.

  • Experience working in an advertising agency is very key.

  • Proven experience in client service or account management roles.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
