Key responsibilities

Client consultation:

• Discuss desired braided styles with clients, considering their hair type, length, and facial features to create a suitable look.

Braiding techniques:

• Perform a variety of braiding techniques including cornrows, box braids, twists, French braids, and more, with precision and attention to detail.

Hair preparation:

• Properly section, detangle, and prepare the client's hair before braiding.

Styling and finishing:

• Secure braids with appropriate hair ties, add decorative elements if desired, and style the braids according to the client's preference.

Hair care advice:

• Offer recommendations on hair care products and maintenance routines specifically for braided hairstyles.

Hygiene and sanitation:

• Maintain a clean working environment and follow proper hygiene practices to ensure client safety.

Requirements

Required skills:

• Fine motor skills: Excellent dexterity to manage small strands of hair while braiding


• Creativity: Ability to design unique and customized braid patterns based on client requests
