Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or BEd in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
Fluency in Yoruba Language: Native or near-native fluency in Yoruba language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong Knowledge of Yoruba Culture: In-depth understanding of Yoruba culture, customs, and traditions.
Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience, especially in Yoruba language, is highly valued.
Classroom Management: Ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
Lesson Planning: Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and curriculum-aligned lessons.
