Job Summary




  • As the COO, you will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategic goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of business operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency across all departments.

  • Provide leadership and management to ensure the company achieves its goals.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement long-term strategies.

  • Analyze financial reports, operational performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor and improve supply chain, inventory management, and customer service operations.

  • Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.

  • Provide mentorship to department heads, ensuring effective team leadership and development.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA /MSC is a MUST).

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior management, with at least 5 years in a COO capacity.

  • Proven experience in the retail industry (this is mandatory).

  • Strong business acumen with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of operational and financial processes.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to drive organizational change and implement strategies for growth.
