Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services offered by the company.
- Utilize various dialing techniques (cold calling, warm calling, etc.) to reach potential clients.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer interest, needs, and budget.
- Gather and record customer information accurately in CRM systems.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase goods or services, highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
- Answer customer questions about products or services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer objections and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Track and analyze sales performance data.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Market Knowledge & Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within Nigeria.
- Adhere to all relevant Nigerian telemarketing regulations and data privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any reputable course but degree in Finance, Accounting, etc. will be an added advantage with a minimum of 2.2.
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluency in English and at least one other Nigerian language (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is highly
- Females Preferrably.
