Responsibilities

• Keeping records of drinks received and drinks issued to waitress for sales.


• Keep daily inventory of drinks


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area


• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines


• Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of bartending experience


• Extensive knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
