Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all strategic and operational aspects of a business, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.


• Direct the development and implementation of business strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.


• Manage and build high-performance teams across departments, fostering collaboration and innovation.


• Analyze and interpret data to guide decision-making and improve business outcomes.


• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Business , Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in executive or senior management within the hospitality business capable of leading multiple teams and individuals.


• Proven proficiency in business development and management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
