About the Role:
As an Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our online store. You will play a key role in driving online sales growth and building a strong online presence for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize online store:
- Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct regular website audits and identify areas for improvement.
Drive online sales growth:
- Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Run online campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Customer service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers.
Content creation:
- Create compelling product descriptions, website copy, and other online marketing content.
- Manage online store content, including images and videos.
Stay updated on industry trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
