Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will oversee operational processes, manage project execution, and ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.


• The ideal candidate will bring engineering or Quantity Surveying (QS) expertise to deliver effective solutions while optimizing business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring.


• Lead site assessments, recommend solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.


• Optimize resource utilization and operational strategies.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


• Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and contractors.


• Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.


• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training programs.


• Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.


• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.


• At least 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in construction or related fields.


• Strong project management skills and technical knowledge of pumps and groundwater control.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with dewatering techniques and equipment.


• Client-focused mindset with a history of delivering quality results.


• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory standards for construction and groundwater services
