Responsibilities

The Successful Sales Associates shall:

• Source for appropriate customers for the company.


• Guide shoppers and customers through the shopping process, from initial greetings to final purchases.


• Meet your agreed sales target as communicated to you from time to time.


• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally from time to time.


• Prepare periodic sales reports, keep and maintain records.


• Execute any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by management as it deems necessary from time to time.

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

• Have a B.Sc./HND/OND


• Be young, well-spoken, articulate & friendly


• Have the ability to work in a team


• Be healthy, fit & able to stand for hours on the shop floor


• Have 3+ years experiencein a similar retail business position


• Live within Lekki, VI, and Lagos Island.
