Job Details

• A social worker with 3 years or more to work closely with street-connected children to provide social support and advocacy services.


• Assess children's needs, develop intervention plan and work with child development coordinator to achieve goals related to mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, poverty, and other social issues.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all children interactions and progress.


• Conduct outreach to street children, build relationships of trust, and identify those who are most vulnerable and need instant assistance and intervention.


• Conduct home tracing, family reunification and reintegration.


• Establishment of family contact and children's family empowerment.


• Conduct family mediation session.


• Candidate must be able to communicate in Yoruba Language as this is a community outreach.
