Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for document management solutions.

  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

  • Maintain and update the database with accurate client and sales data.

  • Provide support during product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns and follow up with leads.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on activities and client feedback.

  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Stay updated on product features and the competitive landscape to articulate value propositions effectively.



Qualifications:




  • B.sc/HND in Marketing, or a related field.

  • Currently Serving (Nysc)

  • Strong interest in technology and sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).



Preferred Skills:




  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
