  • We are seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automation systems that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our business processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation tools, scripting, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and manage automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and processes, improving overall operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Integrate automation tools with existing software and systems to ensure seamless functionality and smooth data flow.

  • Build APIs and connectors to bridge gaps between different platforms and enhance system interoperability.

  • Monitor automation solutions to ensure their reliability, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Continuously refine and optimize automated processes to improve performance and drive better outcomes.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and align automation solutions with business objectives.

  • Provide training to team members on the effective use and benefits of automation systems to ensure widespread adoption.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and automation changes to support transparency and future reference.

  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the impact and performance of automation initiatives, offering insights for continuous improvement.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in process automation, scripting, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Selenium).

  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).

  • Experience with system integration and API development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in working with databases and SQL.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure).

  • Certification in relevant automation tools or platforms.
