Role Purpose Statement:
The Research and Advisory Intern will report to an Associate and will work closely alongside other members of the Research and Advisory Division. As an intern, they will support the Research and Advisory division in the assigned project and any other projects as needed.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Interns will work closely with Project leads in completing the tasks assigned below, but may be asked to contribute to Busara’s work in various other ways:
- Support in design and development of research and advisory projects focused on using behavioral science to alleviate global poverty
- Implement qualitative and quantitative behavioral research
- Develop and pilot instruments
- Support in management of large scale field and lab projects with leading academics and institutions
- Organize, clean, and analyze data
- Support in dissemination of results, prepare project reports, and present results
- Engage in internal projects, if needed
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the project supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Students in their final semester in masters/undergraduate programs.

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields.

- Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a team player.
- Interest and experience working in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in behavioral science.
