We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our hygiene sales efforts in the Household, Industrial, and Institutional Products sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the hygiene sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment/merchandise sales, and corporate selling.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the hygiene industry, including household, industrial, and institutional products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science Technology, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
