  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our hygiene sales efforts in the Household, Industrial, and Institutional Products sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the hygiene sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.



Requirements




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment/merchandise sales, and corporate selling.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of the hygiene industry, including household, industrial, and institutional products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science Technology, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
