Duties / Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the sales of residential properties, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Handle legal documentation, contracts, and compliance related to property sales.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and close sales effectively.
- Conduct property inspections, prepare sales reports, and maintain a portfolio of listings.
- Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and legal entities to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property law, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in evaluating property appraisals and conducting market comparisons
- Juries Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Certification in Real Estate Sales/Property Management (e.g., Certified Property Manager - CPM, Real Estate Salesperson License).
- Courses in Contract Law, Property Law, or Real Estate Finance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and real estate tools

- Sales and Marketing Expertise
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive pitches for potential buyers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and real estate platforms.
Legal Knowledge:
- Expertise in property law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to manage disputes or conflicts diplomatically.
Property Management Proficiency
- Skilled in maintaining and managing residential properties to ensure market readiness.
- Experience in budgeting, maintenance coordination, and tenant management.
Analytical and Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail for legal documents and contracts.
- Competence in financial forecasting and market analysis.
