Job Overview




  • As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution.

  • The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a team player, and passionate about designs that provide value to users.



Key Responsibilities




  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate best practices into your work.

  • Contribute ideas and insights to shape product/Brand vision and roadmap.

  • Conduct user research to gather insights about user behaviors, pain points, and needs.

  • Collaborate with teams to define user personas, user journeys, and product goals.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve designs and enhance the experience.

  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with the brand's identity.

  • Design with a user-first mindset, ensuring that brands are intuitive and meet user expectations.

  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and refine designs.

  • Help translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2 years of experience in Graphics design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.

  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.

  • Strong knowledge of design principles, UI patterns, typography, and color theory.

  • Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically about design challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale.
