Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Accurately process online orders and ensure timely coordination with floor staff for fulfillment.
- Verify product availability and communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Collaborate with the logistics team for prompt delivery arrangements.
Refill Management
- Maintain an updated database of repeat customers, including refill schedules for pharmacy products.
- Generate refill reminders and follow up with customers to confirm orders.
- Work proactively to identify potential refill opportunities based on customer purchase patterns.
Customer Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through the website, email, and social media.
- Provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle complaints or issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
Inventory Coordination
- Regularly check with floor staff to ensure online product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Notify the inventory team about low-stock or out-of-stock items flagged during order processing.
- Coordinate with the floor team to manage orders requiring in-store pickup.
Sales Generation
- Promote both in-store and beyond-inventory products to online customers.
- Suggest complementary products to increase sales value per order.
- Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
Reporting
- Generate daily reports on order statuses, refills, and customer inquiries.
- Provide weekly updates on sales trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance metrics such as fulfillment accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
Performance Expectations
- Accuracy: Ensure all orders are processed without errors and customer communications are clear and precise.
- Timeliness: Meet order processing deadlines and follow up on refills promptly.

Qualification
- BSC, OND, HND
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Work experience in a retail store chain store will be a plus
