- We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to join our team as a Business Liaison Executivein Lagos, Nigeria.
- This role is pivotal in enhancing our operations, increasing brand visibility, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in the Nigerian market.
Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Act as Bellazuri's primary representative for all local operations in Lagos, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate logistics for product distribution to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory levels.
- Facilitate compliance with local regulatory requirements, including managing the registration processes for Bellazuri products with relevant authorities.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and provide personalized consultations for customers and retail partners.
- Deliver expert guidance on makeup and skincare solutions tailored to diverse skin tones and varying customer needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail outlets to foster long-term loyalty and trust in the Bellazuri brand.
Marketing & Events:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, including masterclasses, expos, and pop-ups, to elevate brand visibility.
- Support influencer partnerships and oversee local Beauty Tribe Members (BTM) initiatives to amplify social media presence and community engagement.
- Stay abreast of local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
Reporting & Communication:
- Regularly report sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and local market insights to the Bellazuri regional team.
- Serve as the key liaison between Bellazuri’s regional leadership and the local market, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
- Ensure timely and clear communication across all stakeholders to drive seamless operations and strategy implementation.
Business Development:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement strategies for business expansion.
- Support contract negotiations and manage agreements with external stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships.
Administrative Support:
- Ensure accurate documentation and management of client interactions, agreements, and project records.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry, with expertise in products suited for diverse skin tones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Experience in organizing events and promotional activities is a plus.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements for beauty and skincare products is an advantage.
