  • A reputable real estate company in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in video editing and content creation.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

  • Source and list new properties for sale or rent.

  • Conduct property inspections and tours with clients.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings.

  • Create and edit engaging video content for property listings and social media.

  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.

  • Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikota, Lekki, Lagos.
