Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inquiries to all Online and Offline customers.


• Attend to walk-in customers with their purchases.


• Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.


• Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.


• Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and send company account details for payment.


• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification.


• Must be close to any of the following branches: Lekki, Ajao Estate, Ikoyi, VI and Sangotedo
