Job Responsibilites




  • Reconciliation and Report of Financial statements.

  • Payment confirmations and receipts.

  • Prompt and accurate payroll management

  • Income and expenditure variance analysis.

  • Annual Financial report.

  • Tax filing, FIRS, Pension and other regulatory related payments.

  • Capital Assets reconciliations.

  • Ideas and workable suggestions to improve processes and eliminate errors.

  • Update accounts receivables/payable and perform reconciliations

  • Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

  • Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.

  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information are accurate and available when needed

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

  • Assist with other accounting projects.



Job Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in any relevant field with 3-4 years work experience.
