Role Summary
- This role ensures the EVP, Commercial and Growth, operates at peak efficiency by managing scheduling, communication, technical oversight, and project execution. It supports the strategic goal of scaling operations by ensuring the EVP’s operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and fostering alignment across teams and stakeholders to deliver key growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel so that the EVP’s schedule is optimised for strategic priorities and productivity
- Writing and Communication: Draft high quality documents, emails and presentations, so that the EVP’s communications are professional, clear, and effective.
- Social Media Management: Manage professional social media accounts, ensuring increased visibility and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Project Management: Track progress on key initiatives and deadlines, ensuring that key projects are completed on time with high-quality deliverables.
- Technical Oversight: Analyse data, create reports and summarise technical insights to inform decision-making for the EVP and alignment with strategic goals
- Technical Project Support: Assist in implementing tools, researching solutions, and liaising with technical teams
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the EVP, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and AI tools for task automation.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
