An E-commerce company is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Program Executive to manage and grow its affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting affiliates, optimizing performance, managing relationships, and ensuring program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships, ensuring compliance with program policies.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics to improve ROI and revenue growth.
Provide affiliates with marketing materials and develop engagement strategies.
Track performance, generate reports, and ensure timely affiliate payments.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and sales skills for performance tracking.
Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or sales.
Contract negotiation and relationship management expertise.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and performance marketing is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
