  • We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for expanding business opportunities.

  • This role requires someone who is adept at identifying new business prospects, building relationships, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth.



Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth:




  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with Jivagate's overall goals.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the digital marketing, media, and business consulting sectors.

  • Cultivate new partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Create strategies for expanding Jivagate’s portfolio, focusing on ThePush and MilkTheWeb services to a wide range of businesses.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and sustain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Understand client needs and customize service offerings to meet their specific business requirements.

  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve growth targets while ensuring client satisfaction.



Market Research & Competitive Analysis:




  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.

  • Continuously analyze customer feedback and industry insights to adapt and refine business strategies.

  • Monitor industry developments and leverage insights to position Jivagate as an industry leader.



Sales & Revenue Generation:




  • Drive revenue generation through targeted sales strategies and pipeline management.

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales funnel.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.



Brand Expansion & Marketing:




  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns and promotions that align with business goals.

  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives to elevate Jivagate’s brand presence in the market.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Jivagate’s services and create visibility.



Reporting & Performance Analysis:




  • Track business development activities and report on progress, sales metrics, and pipeline status.

  • Regularly assess the performance of business development initiatives and recommend improvements or adjustments.

  • Provide feedback to senior management on strategic adjustments and growth opportunities.



Key Requirements




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within digital media, tech, or consulting.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and business strategy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
