Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with Jivagate's overall goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the digital marketing, media, and business consulting sectors.
- Cultivate new partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Create strategies for expanding Jivagate’s portfolio, focusing on ThePush and MilkTheWeb services to a wide range of businesses.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Understand client needs and customize service offerings to meet their specific business requirements.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve growth targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Continuously analyze customer feedback and industry insights to adapt and refine business strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and leverage insights to position Jivagate as an industry leader.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue generation through targeted sales strategies and pipeline management.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales funnel.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Brand Expansion & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns and promotions that align with business goals.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives to elevate Jivagate’s brand presence in the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Jivagate’s services and create visibility.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Track business development activities and report on progress, sales metrics, and pipeline status.
- Regularly assess the performance of business development initiatives and recommend improvements or adjustments.
- Provide feedback to senior management on strategic adjustments and growth opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within digital media, tech, or consulting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and business strategy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
