Assist in the planning and coordination of board and committee meetings by preparing agendas, compiling relevant materials, and recording accurate meeting minutes
Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Sort and distribute incoming mails and prepare outgoing mails
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Manage and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Law or related field.
Must have between 5 - 7 years experience with a focus on mortgage banking or related financial services.
Professional certification from a recognized body(e.g. CICSRN or NIPS).
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transcription software.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
